    " My working experience would reflect that I have a preference for long-term
    commitment to the employers I worked for. I am willing to dedicate myself to a
    company, for as long as I remain a valuable asset.

    In the past 7 years, I was employed at a company engaged in third-party credit
    verification. Our clients were US-based mortgage companies. My main task was to
    collect information to determine the credit worthiness of loan applicants. I conducted
    inbound and outbound conference calls with the borrowers, banks and financial
    institutions. I also reviewed financial documentation. I then analyzed the information
    collected and reported it on the borrower’s credit report. That was a very fulfilling job
    since I was able to assist loan applicants seeking to purchase homes.

    Prior to that, I was employed as a part-time legal researcher for a private law office for 4 years. I researched laws, court decisions and legal articles to assist with the
    preparation of case files and legal advice. I also drafted and proofread legal
    documents. I thoroughly enjoyed that job since I was able to apply what I learned from law school.

    After graduation, I was a clerical assistant for our family business Ramirez Family
    Apartments for 6 years. I prepared and maintained rental records. I also handled
    inquiries from prospective tenants regarding vacancies and rental payments. "
