"Hello my name is Rye Lester Gamboa. I started working in ECE Contact Centers back in January 2016 and I worked with them for 5 years and 3 months. It's the only BPO company that I was able to work with, but my experience and training there helped me become a better person today.
Since ECE was still a growing company, I've been to different accounts because I was always part of the pioneering team to open accounts and impress the clients so that our ECE can close deals. I had been to 3 sales accounts and I was able to learn to talk confidently and be very amiable, I also became very diligent and tenacious in these accounts. I was also in a data entry account and I was able to learn to be very keen to details, as well as be very organized. I was also a Customer Service rep for a Medical account and I was able to learn how to empathize, be thoughtful and also learned how to deal with angry and unsatisfied clients.
All the trainings and skillsets I acquired had given me lots of merits in the company that i was able to get monthly recognitions for being a top performer and also overall top performer of the year in 2019, Before I left the company I was a team leader and I was able to learn how to manage people and became more responsible."
