"I worked for a total of 13 years in the BPO industry with a background on customer service and satisfaction. My most recent job was a complaints case representative on a telecommunications company and my tasks were calling customers who lodged their complaints via the website and offering them a proposed resolution regarding their issues. What I like most about my job is the satisfaction of helping my customers and gaining their trust in the product or service and also learning new things as I assist the customers. What I am looking for right now is a company that values customer relations, where I can join a strong team and have a positive impact on customer satisfaction."
