"My name is Christine Charisma L. Tapere and I would like to help your company grow. I've worked as a customer service representative for more than 3 years for a BPO here in the Philippines. During my time as a customer service support, I have dealt with all walks of life from gamers, businessmen, students and, parents. My previous job helped me to be quick-witted and to be consistent in resolving the customers issue/s. These are one of the many skills I hope to share with your company. My work entails sales, upselling, technical support, refunds and returns. I handled phone and chat support (2 chats at the same time).
