Grassfed Beef Pre-Order Form. Fall/ 2017 Delivery
We are taking pre-orders for our fall/winter 2017/18 offering of grassfed beef.

Our package prices are based on the actual pounds of meat you receive. Meat comes cut, wrapped and frozen.

Please note that we are only taking pre-orders for packages, 1/4s, 1/2s and whole beef orders. If you want to order beef by the cut we will send an updated list (in our newsletter) of what is available after fall butchering. Beef by the cut will be limited by availability.

Our "Customized Cut Up" for whole beef orders is based on the hanging carcass weight. Customized orders must be pre-ordered in the spring/summer for fall delivery.

    85-90 lbs of beef
    $8.79/lb (~$750-800)
    Approximately 30 lbs of ground, 2-3 lbs of stew, 6-7x3-4 lb roasts (cross rib, chuck, round, sirloin tip) 5 lbs of short ribs, 18-20 lbs of steak (round, Tbone, Ribeye/Rib steak, Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, NY Strip, Filet Mignon), 5 lbs of soup bones, 3 lbs of beef liver, and 1 lb of oxtail.
    (*Options: includes at no charge 3 lbs of suet/fat
    If you would like prime ribs roasts instead of ribeye let us know!)

    OPTION 2: 25 lb TRADITIONAL CUTS PACKAGE
    $9.79/lb (~$245-250)
    Approximately 5-6 lbs of ground, 1 lb of stew, 4X3-4 lb roasts (cross-rib, chuck, rump, round), 5 lbs of steak (ribeye & sirloin, sirloin tip or Tbone)

    OPTION 3: 30 lb SLOW COOKER PACKAGE
    $8.49/lb (~$250-260)
    2Xchuck roast, 2Xround roast, 1Xcross rib roast or sirloin tip roast, 2 lbs stew beef, 5 lbs ground beef, 2 lb short ribs

    OPTION 4: 10 lb STEAK PACKAGE
    $15.89/lb (~$160)
    Package includes approx 4 lbs of ribeye or Tbone, 4 lbs of sirloin/sirloin tip, 2 lbs of striploin, or filet mignon


    CUSTOMIZED CUT UP OPTION: Whole Beef. $5.25/lb on the hanging carcass before cut up.

    * Note: Customized Cut up is only available for whole beef orders & requires a $500 deposit.

    How much meat will I receive?

    This depends on how you want your beef cut. The standard carcass is around 600 lbs and will yield approximately 360 lbs of bone-in cuts.
    You will be charged on the weight of the carcass before it is cut up. For example, 600lb carcass X$5.25 = $3150. After the butcher cuts and wraps the beef you will receive about 360 lbs of bone in cuts. Of course, if you debone cuts or grind up much of the animal you will receive fewer lbs of packaged meat.

    If you do not want customized cut up you can select our 1/4 or 1/2 beef option which will give you yo 90 or 180 lbs of beef respectively and provides a good variety of cuts.
