"My name is Norman and thank you for considering my application as a shipping assistant.
I have worked in logistics for 2 years as an assistant and then moving up as a logistics manager. I enjoy being organized, which for me is one of the most important traits for anyone working for logistics.
During my time as a logistics manager, I was responsible for managing all shipping transactions and monitoring them using the appropriate order management system.
This is done through my extensive experience in using different programs and applications such as NETO, Aftership, and Freshdesk. My responsibilities also involve contacting delivery partners for any shipping concerns and talking to our customers for updates and resolutions and also handling customer escalation.
I have more than 10 years of working experience, worked as a customer service representative, technical support, sales professional, and as a logistics manager.
I will strive to the best of my ability and utilize all my skills learned to reflect a positive image of the company.
