The activities and leisure services between the Participant and MICCLUB is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Release/Limitation of Liability: By participating the event that provided by MICCLUB – the Winter Spa Thermal Spring Leisure Event, the Participant undertakes the risk of personal injury, loss or damages of him/her personal properties, loss or damages of his/herself. The Participants releases the MICCLUB from all liabilities that any direct or indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages and punitive damages, which related to the event that MICCLUB offered, the terms including economic loss, personal property loss, personal physical or mental injury, or negligence.
The Participant acknowledges having read and understood the Event Waiver - Terms and Conditions before handing in their online application for the activity - Winter Spa Thermal Spring Leisure Event and agrees to be bound by same. The Participant acknowledges that once handing in the online application, he or she will waive certain legal rights, which including the right to sue.
