EVENTS - supplies & marketing materials request
Complete the following form indicating all supplies and marketing materials needed for your event. Once completed, this form will be sent to the CE Supply Department and that staff will purchase, prepare and pack supplies needed. Please Allow us 10 business days to fulfill your request.

  • Items should be returned in the same manner received: table cloths folded, marketing materials removed from holders, face painting kits cleaned and put in the same package and please NO garbage.
  • Please indicate size of event so supply department can judge how many of each item to send.
  • PLEASE NOTE

    An event tote will be sent for all events with basic supplies; you do not need to select or list these items. Items automatically sent include:

    • Pens • Pencils • Markers • Highlighers • Scotch Tape • Masking Tape • AA & AAA batteries • Hand Stamps • Tally Counters • Sticky Notes • Rubber Bands • Paperclips • Walkie-Talkies • Hand Sanitzer • Sanitizing Wipes • Extension Cords • Ziploc Bags • Paper Towels
