"I started working when I was 18 years old. I worked at Teletech Novaliches as a Customer Service Representative but it was more of an all-around role because we also do billing, sales, and a little bit of technical support, too. I was with them for about a year and 9 months.
I then applied to Alorica Cubao as Sales Representative because I heard a lot about the monetary incentives they were giving to their agents. I then found out that there were no available positions for Sales Representative and they offered a job for a Technical Support Representative. I accepted it and stayed with them for 2 years and 11months.
I then started working at 24/7 InTouch. They were offering work at home and they would even provide all the equipment for their agents. I handle Samsung Galaxy Ecommerce with them. We were Customer Support for their Ecommerce website for about 7 months.
After that I worked for Upwork. We were handling a Shopify store for Luxury lamps. I was doing that job as a part for about 3 to 4 months. While at the same time, I was hired as a Customer Support for a small starting business for a CRM software that focuses on pest control business. I was with them for only 3 months as I was only a temporary replacement to one of their support VAs while she was hospitalized. After my employment with them. I was hired as a Real Estate Investor Virtual Assistant by another client. "
