"I’ve been in the BPO industry for quite sometime now, started as an agent and now as a team lead. I've handled 4 different accounts for the past few years. It was really difficult at first, but still I was able to pull it off and became good on what I am doing.
Way back when I was an agent, I had the opportunity to talk with different people with different culture and perspective. Giving resolution to their concerns. And in return, they will give us a good NPS or net promoter score. My goal is to be on top. The eagerness, the willingness to learn, adapting to different culture and my perseverance were the reasons why I got promoted
Handling people is now my new task. I have been doing a lot of report, handling customer’s objection and even root cause analysis. I also ensure that my team provides excellent customer service by handling difficult customer with bad experience with corresponding resolution. I am also motivating my team each day to achieve the company’s goal and vision. I also do attend meetings with onshore clients for weekly calibration, sharing insights and sending deliverables."
