"I am currently working as a customer service representative for Root Insurance. My current role is to assist customers with any questions regarding their policy or payments, as well as give a breakdown whenever their rate increases.
My previous job was for a car dealership, doing outbound calls. When a customer logged in online looking for a certain car, I would contact them, letting them know that the vehicle was in the car dealership. When customers want to go in and look at the car, I gather all the information on what they are looking for in terms of color, interiors, and any other specifications they request. I make sure they will get the best experience when they go and see the vehicle.
I also worked as a collections representative for AT&T. My role in the company was to collect as much as possible as soon as possible. I helped with payment arrangements to avoid any service disconnections when the option was available for the customer, as well as provided detailed billing when they had questions about why their bill was so high. I did this for 3 years, working from home as well as on-site."
