"Hello my name is Neri Hernandez! I was born in Mexico, I´m 29 years old. I lived in Phoenix Arizona most of my life, that’s where I learned how to speak English. This is where I attended elementary school, and where I also went to high school.
Now I would like to tell you about my work experience. At my previous job, I was a call center representative, working as an enrollment advisor I really think my skills upgraded in the sense of talking to difficult clients, how to approach them, and get them to open up to me.
It was a great experience working for this company, because I got to interact with so many people from different places. I enjoyed my job very much, and the reason being is because I got to help so many people achieve their goals on learning a different language. And that’s one things I love to do is to help others.
