The coaches have requested that you let them know as soon as possible when you are unable to attend a meet. This form builds a meet by meet list for the coaches so they don't need to manage individual emails telling them your swimmer will not be able to attend a meet. It takes the coaches a couple of hours each week to build the meet sheet for every meet. When you don't show up they have to rework it and it can cause a delay in the meet. Please do not wait until the last minute -- you can let them know at the beginning of the season if you know you will be away.
