“I have over 5 years of professional experience as a Customer Service and Inbound Sales Representative in the BPO Industry. I started as a customer service on a health insurance account where I assist members with their questions about their benefits, claims, and even their premium and billing. I also did outbound calls to set up appointments with their health care providers. I experienced dealing with different customers who are angry, frustrated, worried and afraid. Building an emotional connection to them is not easy since there are no physical cues to follow. However, I always make sure that I address all of the customer's concerns without lacking empathy.

After 6 months I was transferred to an Inbound Sales Account where I sold satellite radio subscriptions to customers. I explained the features and benefits, as well as the pricing and subscription policies. I also upsell premium subscriptions to existing customers. I've demonstrated success as an Inbound Sales Representative by consistently exceeding the quota and I was even awarded as Top 1 Agent just after 3 months staying on the account. Since they saw potential in me, I was promoted as a Team Leader where I managed 10 to 15 agents. I did phone call monitoring and coaching to ensure that all agents are providing the levels of customer service that is required. I learned to hone my multitasking, time management and administrative skills. I'm confident that my exceptional oral and written communication skills matched with great customer service will make me an asset to your company.

I'm confident in my ability to make anything I put my mind to succeed. I work quickly and confidently because I love what I do. I'm extremely motivated and a great manager of time. I learn quickly and I have strong analytical skills. My organizational skills are also essential for making deadlines and delegating responsibilities while fostering an environment of teamwork."
