"My career has always revolved around Customer Service and this is why I have dedicated almost a decade of my career in the BPO industry. This helped me in so many ways I could imagine. I have developed tenacity that regardless of any job or task, may it be on the phone or administrative, I'll excel.
My most recent tenure was as a Virtual Assistant Manager for a Real Estate Broker that is based in Boston Massachusetts. During this time, I discovered that I was good at listening to people which led my client to allow me to handle my own team. Although new and unfamiliar territory, I've also learned so much about the real estate world and how a single assigned task affects the dynamic of the entire business. It has trained me to become more organized at work and I've learned to deal with pressure while working on deadlines.
As an employee, I want to dedicate my skills and personality in a way that would benefit the business. I am easy to work with and I value feedbacks as I am also an expressive person. I believe that when communication is present, any work would become easy.
