"My name is Mary Christi Anne Dacpano, 36 years old from the Philippines. I have been a professional Executive Assistant/Virtual Assistant for 7 years now. At present, I am providing virtual support to my manager who is based in the US, but time and geographical differences did not hinder me to provide excellent service from skills that I have acquired over time.
My tasks mainly involve email and calendar management, appointment setting, travel arrangements, and other administrative support such as preparing PowerPoint presentations and updating organizational charts. For me, communication and collaboration are two important qualities of my role. As a Virtual Assistant, if there are tasks that are unclear to me, I immediately discuss it to my manager to ensure that I will come up with the best result that he is expecting from me as always.
