    ACCEPTANCE
    There are a very LIMITED number of spaces available. Acceptance will be based on quality and uniqueness of your craft, product category and the need to diversify the products available. All items must be handmade. Prior acceptance does not guarantee re-acceptance. All work must be handcrafted.

    SHOW INFO
    THIS IS AN OUTDOOR SHOW! Tents are highly recommended. You are responsible for your own set up, including tables and chairs. The show will take place at Passyunk and Tasker in South Philadelphia.

    USE OF SPACE
    The use of the space is restricted to whom it has been assigned. To share a space with another vendor you must apply together, please send links or images of work for each of you.

    FEES
    The vendor fee is $45.00 per space. The fee can be paid through paypal.com. The fee must be paid in full promptly after acceptance.

    The vendor fee will be refunded in full if you send notification that you wish to cancel by April 10th, 2015. We can not issue refunds after this date or in the event of cancellation due to bad weather, sorry! There is NO RAIN DATE scheduled for this show.

    TAXES
    All vendors are responsible for reporting and paying Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Sales tax.

    DEADLINE
    Applications must be received by March 13th, 2015. You will be notified of acceptance by email no later than March 16th, 2015.
