    " I worked as Dealer Customer Relation Coordinator in one of the US Automotive industries here in the Philippines providing quality care and excellent service to our clients. In my position as a senior DCRC, my work is to ensure to be the first contact person and the last person to assist clients whether walk-in, phone-in or even via online inquiry.

    I assign to the service department providing service appointments to dealers coordinating and assigning to service advisor and technician to do the job and provide excellent service.

    I also do service follow-up and for all the after-service jobs and see the insight and experience of our customers and escalate if needed.

    The most enjoyable part of customer service to an automotive dealer service is the experience of unlimited learning technical side, customer service side, and Admin.
