PROCESS/TIMELINE:

- Orders submitted and processed: 3-5 working days
- Orders packed and shipped to my middleman: 1-1.5 weeks
- Items reach my middleman + second invoice: O$P$
- Items then shipped to SG: 1-1.5 weeks
- Items sorted and mailed.

1. There will be a two time payment. First payment: Items only. Second payment: Shipping to SG. The second payment invoice will be sent to you when the items reach my middleman. (Do refer to timeline given above so you roughly know when to check your email. Anyway I'll be updating on Instagram too -- I'll tag you when second payment is due.)

2. If your items are small, I will prompt you to make payment for the few selected postage modes so you don't have to pay yet again when the items reach me.

3. Normal mails will be posted on the following day the items reach me. Bulky/registered/AM mail/smartpac will be mailed on Wednesdays onwards.

4. TaQbin courier service has 2 time slots you can choose for delivery (12-5pm/5-8pm), on any day of the week. Items will be dispatched the following day after the items reach me/they can be mailed any time. They'll deliver according to the date and time you confirm with me.

5. Mass meetups will be on the following weekend the items reach me.
