"I started working in the BPO industry since 2006. I've been a Directory Assistant, Customer Service and Technical Support Representative, Inbound and Outbound Sales Associate, and Chat and Email Support.
I've been with Telus as a Directory Assistant for 4 years and 7 months. I worked as a Mentor for quality and aht wherein I help the agents improve on the said metrics. I also assist Team Leaders with admin tasks and act as a TL whenever they are not around.
