“ My name is Jennifer Aubrey Guevarra and I am interested to be a CSR for your company. For the past 8 years, I was a CSR for BPO industries and I have handled various accounts on different platforms, I have done CSR for chat, email, and phones. I am proud to say that I am very versatile as a CSR and I have harvested skills that are useful to be a virtual assistant. I started my VA career two years ago as a part-time for a hairstylist and a make up artist, I was in charge of scheduling and CSR. I loved working with my clients because they have trained me to be a better VA and gave me lessons on how to be more efficient in my job so that we keep the business going, I enjoyed the challenge of stepping into an industry that I had very few knowledge about. I will be forever grateful for the knowledge given and will forever nurture it to become a much better VA. "
