“I have worked in the BPO industry for over 5 years. I started as a Customer Service Representative in the year 2016 for a non-voice account. I handled different customer data and information which includes assessing issues and providing solutions. After 6 months I was promoted as a Subject Matter Expert. I handled 200+ newbies for the account and provided assistance and guidance during their training. And lastly, after another 6 months, year 2017, I got promoted as a Team Manager for the same account. I have handled several projects for the clients. Managed a team, provided guidance and developed member's skills through coaching and mentoring. I have also overseen the day to day business operations of the account including creating and presenting reports to higher management about the team's performance.
With these experiences, I have developed my skills in using different programs and applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Slack, Google Drive, Sheet, Slides, and Docs. I also have basic knowledge in using Photoshop and Canva.I have also learned to deal with pressure and I have honed my abilities to multitask, deal with different people, and manage different situations.
With my experiences, I have learned to be committed to taking full responsibility for all my actions and working on improving the opportunities I have.
