    "I have been working in the call center industry since 2016. Throughout all my previous work experiences, I have acquired all the necessary expertise that this line of work calls for. I know how to handle pressure, assist customers with a friendly tone, and adapt to change. Furthermore, I know how to navigate different kinds of software such as Zendesk, Netsuite, Slack and many more.

    I've worked for companies such as AT&T, Cigna Healthcare, and Bank of Montreal. Throughout these experiences, I have acquired a set of skills that has proven to be of great value to me. I have learned tasks like how to explain a monthly bill to a customer, place an order for them, process and check on claims status, help them with their router, and many more.

    Thanks to the call center industry, I have also gained knowledge on things I never thought I would. For instance, I was able to have a grasp on how a dental health care insurance works and what the terminologies mean. I started learning what maximums, deductibles, and orthodontic benefits were, and it felt rewarding for me."
