"Customer service has been my bread and butter since I started working. I’ve worked as a customer service representative in the BPO for six years. I’ve handled different telecommunications account in the US. I have gained solid experience in customer service support, basic technical support, and sales.
Then, I switched to working remotely or working from home to have more time to spend with my family. The first job that I had was as an ESL Teacher for Vietnamese students. But I realized that it was not the kind of job I wanted, so I resigned and applied for a customer service support position.
I got hired by an e-commerce company that sells food supplements. I was responsible for taking orders, monitoring shipment and fulfillment. But due to this pandemic, the company closed down.
Since then, I’ve had different jobs online which are mostly part-time and project-based. I still consider those jobs relevant to this position that I’m applying for because it helped me improve my writing and speaking skills which are necessary for this kind of job."
