"My professional and educational background is in the field of architecture. I have a total of 6 years of construction experience with 3 years of experience in project management. Through the years I developed my management and people skills. Being an architect, I am present from the design concept to the construction stage. I understand fabrication drawings and the technicalities involving different trades. As head of operations at a construction firm, I supervised all ongoing, incoming, and past projects. I handled 7 to 10 designers directly and 30 to 50 workers, drivers, and staff indirectly. I reported weekly accomplishments and foresight to the CEO who is my immediate supervisor.
I am process-oriented. I create systems from studying the SOPs, workflow, typical shortcomings, and the successful outputs. It is necessary for me to have post-project analysis to reassess both success and shortcomings. I put weight and importance on setting a detailed and well-defined project goal. I believe that when you start right, you’ll end right.
