"I am Rjay Enerio, a young and motivated Filipino Metallurgical Engineer. I am very organized, detail oriented, a systematic and careful planner who is always seeking improvement and refinement of my skills, knowledge and work methods. Previously, I have worked a supervisor in a nickel processing plant in the Philippines where I was tasked to manage certain areas and manpower in the plant and ensure that the operation runs safely and efficiently. In this job I have learned how to allocate time and resources to achieve shift specific and long-term goals that we have set while ensuring the highest standards of 5S.
Having gained valuable insights, skills and practical work methods, I was hired as a Process Engineer in a processing plant in Madagascar. I worked hands on as process support (acting as a consultant) to operations to ensure that productions are maximized while maintaining the highest standards of process safety and efficiency. It is in this job where I got to manage our departments several process development and optimization projects both short-term and long-term following the management of change system. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team of engineers and our client- the operations, I lead the project/s starting from the identification of the problem and conception of the idea, scope clarification, careful planning and scheduling, then moving on to design review and revision if necessary, before finally going to the execution and commissioning phase. This system is efficient as it ensures that the scope of work is clearly stated, time and resources are carefully managed, and execution is done in an organized fashion to make sure there are no delays and that nothing is left out.
