In signing this agreement Member agrees that all products are held on consignment with a 70/30 split, with 70% going to Member. Holistic Fashionista has the right to decline any and all products. If your product is approved, Member must pay shipping to The Showroom where it will be held for sale for up to 6 months. If the product does not sell, Holistic Fashionista will be responsible for shipping costs back to Member. Members can request to have merchandise returned to them at any time. Holistic Fashionista will be responsible for all sales tax, accounting, etc. and will pay out to Members via Paypal every 30 days with $50 minimum in sales.
