    " An accomplished professional with over seven years of experience in a call-center and home-based setting, looking for a position in Customer Service where I can optimize my knowledge and skills. Highly dependable and reliable, can perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

    I worked in the BPO and handled voice, non-voice, and back-office tasks. The majority of the accounts I had were in the Travel Industry which I really enjoyed. The work is very interesting since I love to travel and I get to explore breathtaking sceneries from various places when I'm assisting guests in making their travel itineraries. Moreover, when I worked for an E-commerce non-voice account it enabled me to become more meticulous and my research skills have improved.

    In the year 2018, I decided to work from home when the BPO firm I worked with had a redundancy. I landed a job in the real estate and transportation companies as Customer Support, however, the latter had to be halted due to the pandemic. Then, I went back to the BPO as a Customer Care Associate also working from home on a fixed-term contract and handling an Educational campaign.
