"Hi, my name is John Paul Ramirez and I normally go by Jaypee. I believe that I would work well with your team because of my extensive experience in providing industry standard customer experience. I have been in the BPO industry for almost a decade now and have also worked as a Virtual Assistant in my recent job. All through out those years I have always brought the same level of service and integrity in everything that I do.
I started out as a technical support person before transitioning to being a customer support. In my years of handling customer service, I have been exposed to different challenging customers and I must say that I have handled almost all of it with professionalism. I take pride in my call management skills and dealing with people comfortably have always been one of my strengths. I have also enhanced my multi-tasking skills and shortened my learning curve as I go along this industry. Having been trained in a Telecommunications line of business, specifically recovering delinquent accounts and preventing cancellations, have also helped me make quick but sound decisions.
I also got the opportunity to work as an Accounting Representative in my recent job. My daily task includes sorting out emails for the entire Accounting Department, doing outbound collection calls and preparing needed documents for our clients’ ledgers and books. I was also given a wider role in this campaign for I trained another person to do my task as well as other data entry and customer verification task.
