"I'm very much interested to know and be part of your team. I was part of a contact center recently that handles customer service mainly on technical support and sales. With 8 plus years of customer service experience, I am confident enough to join your organization and share my expertise that I have gained over time.
To better see my work background, I started to be part of the team way back 2009 as a level 1 support expert. We support customers calling in regarding issues on Internet, computers, and their networking devices. I really enjoyed this experience as it gave a lot of knowledge mainly on technology as it never stops evolving. Then I got promoted as a team leader to supervised 11-15 level support experts last 2014 then was given a task to lead level 2 support team as a team leader 2 last year. For the past eight plus years, I acquired a vast knowledge about home networking support and of course customer service. With regards to communication skills, we handle major English speaking regions - North America, United Kingdom, and Australia and those were through phone (inbound and outbound), chat, and email communication.
As my last as a team leader, I supervised one downs and monitor their performance by executing them through coaching/ one-on-one. I also do a couple of administrative tasks, such as their DTR, checking emails from managers and clients, report submission and presentation through word, excel, or powerpoint and other customer escalation cases.
If given the opportunity to be part of your team, I will be my very first time to be a virtual assistant but I'm definitely willing to be trained and will be flexible for any kinds of shifts. "
