"I worked for this company first as a bilingual translator. took calls from people with legal or medical issues to get in touch with a third party. I lasted a week as a translater and I was moved to another new campaign. The campaign was called Tempo also known as Why Not lease it, which was a leasing program through SEARS. My daily task in this campaign was to help the client understand the loan approved by the store, also approve the loans. Later I moved to DirecTV where I audited quality calls to verify sales made by another department. If the call was good then I was in charge of applying the promotions offered.
Intugo
For The Home Depot, I was a customer care representative the customer called in to deal with returns and warranties over purchases. I received incoming calls for The Home Depot and gave customer service attention to clients with claims on the status of the products, when the customer receives a damaged good or incomplete package, I would get in contact with the manufacturer either through email or phone calls, to verify if the parts requested by the client are available and send them. Assuming the opposite, if a case is opened that would be a follow-up until it is resolved.

I worked for a legal campaign, that is responsible for following up on legal claims for mass tort and class action lawsuits. Our department was an intake specialist, For example, I helped people who suffered consequences because of an opioid that made them dependent on it, and with cases of abuse from The Boy Scouts of America. I gathered as much information as possible to build a case for the potential client. From there the cases goes to the attorneys. Mainly we are a filter so they can get a consultation with the attorney."
