"I believe I am the best fit for the position due to my extensive experience in the field of law, technical writing and motion practice in US Jurisdictions. I pride myself for being a fast learner and I have a deep sense of enjoyment and satisfaction in learning new things and expanding my horizons in the law practice.
First of all, I am an experienced lawyer here in the Philippines, having handled an assortment of legal controversies ranging from murder cases to child custody cases, to name a few. Secondly, I have served as legal counsel for several foreign companies such as Canada and Belgium who are doing business in the Philippines, wherein I have assisted them in their legal needs as they arise.
More importantly, I have previous experience as an offshore lawyer for a New York law firm. As a lawyer for this law firm, I was trained in drafting answers, discovery demands, and responses that were filed in court and/or served to the opposing party as the case may be. Consequently, I am familiar with the motion practice of US Courts as I have drafted numerous motions before various District Courts in different states.
