"I’ve been working in the Customer Service industry for more than 6 years now. I have worked with big companies and most of them are based in the US. My first job was with a Telecommunication company based in New Zealand and the rest was with companies that sell vaping devices, undergarments, and Satellite radio subscriptions in the U.S.
Throughout the years, my skills were honed as I have handled different kinds of customers with various concerns. Concerns such as service or subscription activation, billing inquiry, order processing, shipping and returns, device or service troubleshooting through inbound calls, emails, and or chats. And do follow up through outbound calls and emails.
I also have work experience in the Sales field. In my previous job, we sell radio subscriptions to prospect customers and upsell existing customers. Overall, I specialize in providing excellent service to customers and help my clients to achieve their goals. "
