"My work experience will be a great fit for this job since I have worked as a Customer Service Representative in a BPO industry for over 4 years where I handled healthcare accounts for both dental and medical.
Recently my role as an insurance verification specialist I’m responsible for verifying insurance coverage, to ensure necessary procedures are covered by an individual provider. I have experience in using Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental, understanding of HIPAA laws, Basic familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets, excellent English (Oral and written). This experience has familiarized me on how a Dental account works. I'm very interested in bringing the experience I've gained as well as my commitment to efficiency to the team. The Contract just ended, I am looking for another opportunity where I can share my skills and knowledge with.
