"I have been in the BPO Industry since 2018 and accumulated a lot of experience in Customer Service, Complex Billing, and Sales which allowed me to be promoted on a second-tier level. I have since progressed to Outbound Sales and Lead Generation with a lot of accomplishments in a small amount of time. In my first month, on my third job, I became a top performer. During rest days, I also engaged in freelance workshops to diversify my skills.
When I had my first job, it was a B2B account where we handle both emails and phone calls from our clients about their hotel reservations and transfers. I enjoyed my time and having a great conversation with them as they were very professional to work with. It feels like I’ve known them for a long time and it had a great environment. I was happy to assist them with all their concerns.
While I was looking for career growth, I found myself working as a Customer Service Representative for the world’s largest telecommunications company where I never thought I enjoyed most. I didn’t notice that time was passing by and just after a year of working with them, I received my reward and finally got a promotion. Helping and resolving customers’ concerns brought me fulfillment and satisfaction.
I constantly strive to strengthen and refine my professional effectiveness. It’s very important for me to stay strongly motivated to achieve optimal results and go beyond what is expected. I greatly value the quality of work, attention to detail, and integrity. I always let my work speaks for me."
