"Aside from my virtual assistance experience, I worked as an Ecommerce Specialist. I have managed Shopify, eBay and Amazon stores as well. I mostly do Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, Product Research, Customer Support and Social Media Support which revolves around the accuracy of reports and information I provide. I do a lot of research on a daily basis searching for the best products and suppliers for my clients. This is the kind of environment where there is no room for mistakes. For me, the first step in a company's customer service is communication and fulfilling orders correctly. I also have roughly 5 years of customer service experience(sales, technical support, customer support,back-office).
I have helped different e-commerce owners create their Shopify store, import products from Oberlo, Ali Express, Dropified to Shopify, and integrated apps. I am also experienced in creating product descriptions, titles and etc. I've managed Facebook and Instagram accounts for clients.
I am confident that with my experience, I can bring my skills to a higher level. I think this is my best opportunity to continue and enhance my skills. I have been helping a lot of clients in managing their calendars, checking their emails, responding to the messages, and closely interact with other clients and customers.
