"I've been in the BPO industry for the past 11 years. I started as a collection specialist for IQOR Philippines. I was trained to do a inbound and outbound collections. I've also done appointment setting for TELOWORKS wherein i was trained to set an appoint for potential clients who were interested in credit re-scoring program. I've done customer service for APAC.
I handled various campaigns and one of these is Loan Modification Assistance for homeowners who participated in Barrack Obama's program called HAMP. It was challenging and fulfilling at the same time.
Recently, I worked as a Team Leader at Startek Philippines wherein I handled T-mobile customer service account.
A part of one's fulfillment does not end with career, but having quality time with the family at the same time. It is in this regard that I opted to have a home-based job knowing that I can work with less, to no supervision and will still be able to deliver efficiently."
