EmailMeForm (EMF) is a timed-buy, order aggregating solution that is great for those looking to gather some basic buyer information. Please note that payment/payment information cannot be collected from the buyer using this solution.

Please complete this form to request an EMF be built for your client.

Once approved, the standard turnaround time (including proofing) is 5-10 business days.

    Item Description (if desired)
    Colors available to buyer
    Sizes available to buyer
    Can the buyer buy more than 1 option per product?
