"I worked in the call center industry for almost five years. I have experience handling technical support and the latest that I handled was ebay for selling and buying accounts. As a customer service representative, I usually encounter irate and angry customers. Assisting them while they’re having a bad day is not an easy situation. That was a challenging task on how I will handle the different behaviors of our clients. But to understand and by listening to the customer's concern will make them feel better. So that was my strength conquering the bad days of our patrons. I simply remain calm under pressure which gives me the ability to perform and still deliver my tasks in a timely manner. I believe that these skills I have gained in my previous job will guide me to a new task that I will handle.''
