" I've been in the customer service industry for more than 6 years now. I started my career as a sales and customer representative at Travel Account. It was a part-time and 6 months contract job since I'm still studying at that time.
I transferred to Davao and also worked in BPO companies with the same task pure customer service, sales, and technical support. When it comes to customer service I need to listen very carefully and understand the perspective of the customer. Then I can steer the conversation towards a positive outcome by using positive language. Handling a very irate customer needs tough skills. Your voice should match that personality. I normally exhaust everything to deliver my task with an extra mile.
I also have work experienced as an appointment settler, cold calling, admin task, and email marketing in a Real Estate Company based in the USA. My task is to call the lead and ask if they have any plans of selling their property within 6 months or 12 months. Then by telling them we already have buyers, so no need to look for a buyer for their property. Then if they would say Yes, we will set the appointment. Every call has a different character or tone, so I need to mirror the tonality of the lead and understand what type of lead."
