To secure your booking, please pay and send proof of payment to accounts@gnosticwholisticfestivals.co.za
Every 5 tables sold the 6th table will be offered to a community based or charity organisation to exhibit, selling their products to rise funds.
For every 5 speakers we will offer the 6th speaker slot of 15 min slot to a charity organisation to speak about their organisation
The Gnostic Wholistic Festival will donate R15 ticket sold / per head to charities of their choice.
NO CASH DEPOSITS will be accepted unless you pay an additional R30 to cover bank charges.
All applicants for speaker slots and demo groups and those taking the Body and Mind Magazine Advertising option (3000 Printed for the Western Cape for distribution to health stores, center's, and will be displayed around the venue and the goodie bags, for the duration of the festival. etc) Please provide Full Company / Product / Personal Name, logo & all contact details on or before the cut off date 12 June 2016 BY 12H00PM. The design, layout and Gnostic Wholistic Festival Program will be finalized and send to the printers on Monday 12 June at 4pm.
Any details not received by the cut-off date 12 June 2016, 12h00pm for the option chosen will not be included with no refund will be given for the advertising portion of the fees.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. If, for some reason you cannot attend the Gnostic Wholistic Festival after making payment, it is up to the Vendor / Service Provider to sell your site/spot (providing the stall / products / services comply with the standards and criteria of the Gnostic Wholistic Festival). All re-sales must be approved by the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to re-sell any site/spot at the festival if a paid vendor fails to show for their allocated setup times between 1pm on Wednesday 29 June & From 9am - 2pm 30 June 2016.
*** All sites/spots must be set up and ready for inspection by 3pm on Thursday 30 June 2016 ***
After which, all rooms and floors will be closed off and only the Opening / Launch EVENT Room will be open to all our TRADERS, PARTNERS, SPONSORS & MEDIA.
Doors will open to the Public at 10AM - 6PM on Friday 1 July 2016.
We will then have a Public launch concert / music variety show: (A Reduced Cost to Traders and their Staff who wish to attend the Gnostic Wholistic Concert of R40 per person).
ALL TRADERS MUST STAY FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE FESTIVAL (FRI 8 AM - 6PM, SAT 8 AM - 6PM AND SUN FROM 8AM - 5 PM).
NO DISMANTLING OR REMOVING OF ANY STALLS / PRODUCTS / GOODS WILL BE ALLOWED PRIOR TO THE OFFICIAL CLOSING OF THE GNOSTIC WHOLISTIC FESTIVAL.
The entire venue must be cleared and cleaned by 4 July. The Concourse, Disa, Pocket Power and Somerset Rooms must be cleared and cleaned on the evening of 3 July to enable Kenilworth Racecourse to prepare for racing on 5 July. All traders will be responsible for dismantling and clearing their sites/spots in time for the area to be cleaned.
