**Account Terms: All accounts are reviewed periodically to check for on time payments and to see if the account is meeting our four service call yearly average. If these requirements are not met, U-Save will either reduce your credit limit or close the account depending on the situation.
**REGULAR SERVICE: This rate applies to all customers who schedule an appointment for service at normal business hours not including Holidays under the following conditions. Appointment requests is submitted at least 12 hours in advance and will be viewed during normal business hours.
The rates for regular service are as follows: $85.00 for the first hour. There is a one hour minimum plus the cost of any materials needed. Each additional hour is $60.00 which will be divided into 30 minute increments.
**EMERGENCY SERVICE: This rate applies to all customers needing service without making an appointment in advance. In such a case, an emergency electrician will be dispatched ASAP upon agreement of the rates and terms.The rates for emergency service are as follows: $150.00 for the first hour. There is a one hour minimum plus the cost of any materials needed. Each additional hour is $100.00 which will be divided into 30 minute increments.
**CONTRACT JOBS: Jobs with predetermined job cost that includes a detailed description of the work to be performed and agreed upon by the customer and the company. No other charges will be applied unless work is requested that is not in the original agreement. All contract jobs and extra work must be in writing via email, fax, or signed work order…no exceptions.
**PAYMENT OF SERVICE: All payments are due 35 days after the date of service unless prior arrangements have been made in writing with the company. An invoice will be e-mailed to you emediately after the work is completed. Acceptable payments are Visa Card, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Check, Cash or Money Order. *Please note that the technicians are not equipped to make change. There is a $25.00 charge for all returned checks and a 2% late fee per cycle for all past due invoices that are not received by the due date. If you are mailing in your payment, please address it to our Post Office box listed at the top of the invoice. No services shall be rendered for any customers with a past due account. It is agreed that the seller will retain title to any equipment or material furnished until final and complete payment is made, and if settlement is not made as agreed, the seller shall have the right to remove same and the seller will be held harmless for any damages resulting from the removal thereof.
**PROPERTY DAMAGE: U-Save Electric is in no way responsible for repairing any damages made in the ceilings, walls and/or floors in order to make repairs or fish cables through the walls in order to complete the work that was requested. The customer will be informed prior to making such damages. We strive to keep necessary damages to a minimum.
**WARRANTY: U-Save Electric provides a one year limited warranty on the specific labor performed and the specific materials used.
