“ I am currently working as an Assistant Unit Manager for Pru Life UK which is a subsidiary of Prudential PLC London. I initially started as a financial advisor where I offer investment products to individuals and families and moved my way up to managing 7 people. I have built my pipeline through warm leads and referrals and the primary mode of communication is through social media. I also do a lot of phone calls, text messages and virtual meetings – specially during the pandemic.
Prior to that, I was with Microsourcing and I was with the company called Release Point which is a medical records retrieval company. I started out as a regular agent where we were required to do a lot of outbound calls to different providers, collect all the requested records, collate them and send them to the client. I was also handling a team where I had to constantly monitor and provide feedback which I enjoyed the most.
Before this, I was working as a billing representative for United Health Group. Unfortunately, the client had decided to pull out and everyone had to go. I was taking a lot of inbound calls regarding the client’s bills where I had to deal with a lot of irate individuals.
I have been working in the customer service industry since 2008 and 5 years of that was spent in a call center setting. I believe that I am the perfect candidate for the opportunity because of the years of experience that I have and the knowledge that I have acquired. I am also very driven and goal oriented and I can assure quality service with little to no supervision."
