1. No purchase necessary. This contest is played on Mary Washington Healthcare Radio. Only one (1) prize of a weekend for two to New York City will be awarded per name or household.
2. The contest is open only to associates of Mary Washington Healthcare. Executive Administrators and non-associates are not eligible to win.
3. Between or around April 9, 2012 and May 20, 2012, MWHC Radio will announce the "Phrase of the Week." Listeners must go to radio.mwhc.com to enter their information and that week's phrase. Listeners may register each week with a new phrase but may only enter once per week.
4. When entered, your name will be added to a random drawing for a grand prize of a weekend for two to New York City from Mary Washington Healthcare. The trip will be November 16 - 18, 2012. Round trip train from Fredericksburg to NY Penn Station. Transfer to hotel - Novotel Hotel Times Square. Includes breakfast both mornings.
5. All prize winners are responsible for taxes, gratuity, and all other expenses where required. Prize(s) have no cash value. You must be 21 years of age or older to win. Certain other restrictions may apply.
6. Each week, a listener or listeners will be selected from the entries to win other prizes. The grand prize drawing will be announced on or around May 28, 2012. Weekly prizes will be announced throughout the contest - usually during associate huddles.
7. Winners are responsible for all taxes and for any expenses not specified related to their participation in the contest and the acceptance and use of a prize.
8. MWHC reserves the right to disqualify contestants who do not adhere to these rules.
