"I’m currently not employed as I just resigned last week from my previous company where I stayed for 5 years. I’ve been in the customer service industry (BPO set up) since 2011 and I believe that the skills I’ve developed over the years make me an ideal candidate for your job opening.
As a Level 2 support on my previous campaign, I’ve developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills. My main responsibilities include handling the most complex users issues, making high level decisions, mitigating potential risks such as legal and social media threats, and handling sensitive trust and safety concerns.
My tasks required strong problem-solving skills to be efficient in my strategies to investigate, gather relevant information, formulate the best resolution both for users and the organization and effectively communicate the resolution to the users. I’ve also been part of various projects for process improvements that gave me the experience to work under pressure. These projects opened the opportunity for me to write some of the Knowledge Base articles we use as guides in providing an excellent customer experience. "
