“ My first job relevant to this position was when I worked in a CPAP Company based in Redmond, Washington which sells CPAP machines and Equipments worldwide for people with Sleep Apnea. Here, I handled Sales inbound Calls and inquiries, Live chats and email support, placing of orders online, creating and sending invoices and contacting US couriers like USPS and UPS for package claims and tracking, so I can say I am confident in multi-tasking jobs. I worked there for 1 1/2 years and with this job experience, I am glad that I was able to learn a lot of things in the E-Commerce field. I do also have an intermediate knowledge in MS word, MS Excel, Google Sheets and Adobe pdf editor. I love learning new things and challenging myself for new projects that will help my growth to become a more proficient customer service."
