    "A regular day for me consists of analyzing my emails and replying to customers. I then check the newest leads and begin sending out emails. Once I finish sending emails, I start calling the leads I just emailed. I do this so that when I start speaking to the customers on the phone, they have something to consult while I speak to them. It acts as a pamphlet so they have something to fact-check what I'm saying to them. I help customers fill out applications for mortgages and if a loan officer is available, I can transfer the call to the officer directly.

    I have experience in different industries such as education, construction, and the hospitality industry as well. I worked as a teacher for a bilingual school in Saltillo. I worked as an estimator for a construction company under contract work. At the construction company, I would receive measurements and satellite images of properties in the United States and I would create an estimate with the information provided. I also used negotiation tactics to add funds to the project by sending relevant information and evidence to the insurance."
