"I'm a well-rounded Customer Service Support/ VA and I know that you are looking for someone capable of handling customer support for a variety of your clients. I have 5 years of customer service experience.
I worked for 3 years in a call center. I started as a Customer Service Representative then got promoted as Team Lead for a Debt Collections account the company that I used to work with, is one of the biggest debt collection agencies in the US. My main job responsibilities were managing 15-20 outbound and inbound agents. We work with debt recovery, and we collect on debts that are 5-6 years old.
Come 2018, right after I graduated college I decided to work from home. I left the corporate world and started my journey as a freelancer. I used to work as an ESL teacher, teaching English to young and adult Chinese learners while also working full time for a US-based company. I started as an operator, and my job was to arrange Uber and Lyft rides for senior citizens and take them to their doctor’s appointments and dental checkups. I also have experience with order tracking, I later transitioned as a Loss Prevention Officer managing and monitoring customers’ orders.
I have a fully equipped home office ready to execute administrative tasks and I also have backups just in case of outages. I am efficient, I always give my best and I go beyond what is expected of me. I’m a goal-getter and I like delivering results.
