"I am a General Task/Real Estate Virtual Assistant with 6 years of experience. I was first introduced to the world of virtual work in 2011 when I was hired as an office based virtual assistant by a US company which set up an office in my home city. It was here that I was trained in and performed tasks for clients like data entry, web research, email correspondence, transcription, CRM management, article writing and spinning, and calendar management.
A few months later, I left my job as an office based virtual assistant and worked directly for a Colorado-based real estate agent who dealt in regular real estate transactions and Short Sales. As a transaction coordinator, I was responsible for setting up files and uploading documents to the crm, setting up of calendar of dates to monitor contract dates and deadlines, and schedule appointments as needed and update log notes as tasks are completed. I was also in charge of making calls to lenders to follow up on transactions and inquire on status updates on files. I also have experience in craigslist posting, coordinating photos for a property to be listed, maintaining a record of showings along with feedback from the agents, and sending out weekly feedback reports.
Some of the systems that I have had the chance to use are Proptracker, Short Sale Commander, Ectm, Top Producer, Dotloop, Equator, Metrolist RE Colorado, Narrpr, Rentometer, Docusign, Zillow, Showing Time, and Constant Contact.
I was employed as a home based Real Estate VA until December of 2015, when I decided to join my wife in Abu Dhabi. During my stay in the middle east, I got hired as an Autocad Draftsman/Document Controller for an Abu Dhabi based construction company which specializes in swimming pools and water features. My main responsibilities were designing MEP drawings for pools, fountains, spas, sauna, and steam rooms. I was also responsible for keeping track of projects developments from start to finish.
