If you would like to participate in the Evermore Nevermore sponsored Zombie Bikini Contest on June 14, 2013, as part of downtown Mesa's 2nd Friday "Beach Party" events; you must submit the following information and meet these qualifications:

1 - You must be at least 18+ years old.
2 - You must be zombified and in a bikini (or other swimsuit attire.)
